Refund policy

At 3D Print Farm US, all of our products are custom manufactured to order using 3D printing technology. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed items unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:

All 3D printed products made to order
- Custom parts and prototypes
- Items that have been used or installed

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike@3dprintfarmus.com with photos of the issue. We will reprint or replace the item at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (for defective or damaged items), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
